Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Welcome to Uganda!
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, a Vivid Adventure Safaris representative will meet you for a warm welcome and seamless transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park – Visit the Top of the Falls
Journey Time: 6 hours
After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest wildlife reserve. En route, stop at the Luweero Triangle before enjoying lunch in Masindi Town.
🔹 Top of the Falls Experience: Witness the mighty Nile River force its way through a 7-meter gap, plunging over 40 meters into a spectacular gorge.

Day 3: Game Drive & Nile Boat Safari
Morning Game Drive:
- Explore the Northern Bank of the Nile, spotting elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, lions, hartebeests, and Uganda kobs.
- The drive lasts 3-5 hours, offering plenty of wildlife encounters.
Afternoon Boat Safari on the Nile:
- Cruise along the Albert Nile to the base of Murchison Falls.
- Encounter hippos, crocodiles, and water birds such as the shoebill stork, kingfishers, and cormorants.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park
Scenic drive through Fort Portal & Crater Lakes region
After breakfast, travel to Kibale National Park, home to Uganda’s largest population of chimpanzees. The drive offers beautiful tea plantations, crater lakes, and mountainous scenery.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Walk
Chimpanzee Tracking Experience:
- Join expert trackers in Kibale Forest, home to 13 primate species, including black-and-white colobus, red-tailed monkeys, and L’Hoest’s monkeys.
Afternoon Bigodi Wetland Walk:
- Explore this biodiversity hotspot, spotting butterflies, birds, and other primates.
- Enjoy a special talk with a resident primatologist.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Journey Time: 3-4 hours
Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, a UNESCO-listed reserve known for its high concentration of mammals and birds.

Day 7: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari
Morning Game Drive in Kasenyi Plains:
- Spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and Uganda kobs.
Afternoon Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel:
- Take a 2-hour boat safari, encountering hippos, crocodiles, and colorful bird species.
- Accommodation: Elephant Plains Lodge

Day 8: Transfer to Ishasha – Lake Mburo National Park
Scenic drive through Ishasha, home of the tree-climbing lions
Depart Queen Elizabeth National Park, making a stop in Ishasha Plains to search for tree-climbing lions.
Continue to Lake Mburo National Park, a savannah reserve with rich wildlife, including zebras, giraffes, and impalas.

Day 9: Optional Activities at Lake Bunyonyi – Return to Entebbe
Morning Boat Ride (Optional):
- Visit Punishment Island and learn about its fascinating history.
- Spot zebras and antelopes along the lake.
Drive back to Entebbe with a stopover at the Equator for a photo opportunity and lunch.
Evening flight home.
